What a transformation‼️‼️💥📈🚀

This is my client Liam that joined me on my program just 10 WEEKS AGO‼️ When he joined I was sceptical on whether he was going to commit fully and dedicate himself to the plan and he has well and truly proved me completely wrong!

Liam used to be someone who trained on and off for many many years with no real direction with training or nutrition, trying many ‘fad’ diets along the way, not really ever pushing himself of sticking to it for any period of time & never really achieving his goals or full potential but this time round something just clicked…

He made the decision to go all in and he told me he’s ready to change this time so took a leap of faith and we got to work.

Just 10 weeks later he has achieved this incredible transformation 🤯🤯

At times it hasn’t been easy.
At times he’s struggled.
At times he’s wanted to give up.
But he didn’t, he dug in 🪏 and he persisted to keep going because his ‘why’ was more important 💪🏼

What I love the most about this transformation isn’t just the incredible physique transformation he has achieved but the shift in mindset he’s had, the better relationship with food he’s gained along the way & the change it has had to his home life, family life, general lifestyle, mental health & wellbeing too.

You have done fantastic Liam and I’m very proud of the hard work, dedication & commitment you have shown it has been admirable and the results literally speak for themselves 👌🏼💥🚀

Great work mate 👏🏼 I cannot wait to see what our next chapter brings 💪🏼📈
