A switch to pilates training with the aim
of coaching one to one. It became a critical part of our post row recovery. Students wanted. Very different challenges.

Then xmas 2025 2 people, sailing across the Atlantic nof rowing. 3 weeks not 8. An Endurance row of 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean from La Gomera, Canary Islands, to English Harbour in Antigua. The team will be made up of 3 people and the start date is December 2024. We have a 3 times winning boat 'Jasmine II'. She has broken the world record from crossing the Atlantic.
