Hi All , as the summer holidays is coming to an end I wanted to give an update on new things I’m offering .

NEW: As you may have seen on other posts , I am a qualified first aid Trainer offering First Aid courses to businesses accredited by the Royal Life Saving Society UK , I am now seeing if there is a interest in delivering the RLSS Save A Life courses.

During the 2 hour workshop , we cover CPR , choking, using a defibrillator and the recovery position . These skills are really important to learn as there is more chance of a person needing help at home without anyone first aid trained to help .

This course is open to both Adults and children . I would recommend 8 years plus however there is no minimum age.

The cost would be around £12.50 per person and includes a certificate.

At this stage , I’m seeing if there is any interest and then we can see dates. The actual venue would be TBC once dates are confirmed but it would be in the Christchurch, New Milton or Highcliffe area.

It would likely be a Saturday for 2 hours.

Looking for tennis coaching for your child during the summer ?

I’m offering individual lessons for only £25 per hour across various locations across Highcliffe and New Milton .

All abilities welcome .

Lessons will have a mix of isolating the shot we are improving to applying it in a competitive rally .

Ages from 7 plus .

I’m a LTA accredited tennis Instructor, first aid trained and DBS checked .

Also I have been coaching at Chewton Glen Hotel for the past 2 years for their guests and members .

All camps are taking place at Highcliffe Secondary school with all the usual activities such as arts and crafts , football , basketball , dodgeball , hockey and giant bubble making.

To keep it as affordable as possible, cost is £20 per person per day or early booking discount with 2 spaces for £30 per day .

Just to let you all know that due to the hall at our usual venue will have exam tables set up unfortunately we are unable to run a May camp again .

I am getting summer dates asap so once I have these confirmed , I will post here .

In other news , I am a fully Qualified First Aid Trainer Assessor with the Royal Life Saving Society ( https://www.rlss.org.uk ) so I can deliver all first aid courses including

- Emergency First Aid at Work

- First aid at work (3day ) plus renewals

- Paediatric First Aid

- Emergency Paediatric First Aid

- Anaphylaxis Management

- Automated External Defibrillator Training

- along with combined first aid courses.

All courses are accredited by the Royal Life Saving Society and certificates are are stored on your account so if you loose a paper version , you will be able to print it out again.

The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Reg 1981 states that there needs to be a first aider at each workplace so if you know anyone who needs to re qualify at your Job, please let me know and we can offer a very competitive rate.

We can do a dedicated football themed party or we can do a multi sport party .

Also we offer one to one and small group coaching sessions in both tennis and football. I ama a qualified FA football coach and a accredited LTA Tennis Instructor .
