Our full-spectrum infrared sauna is in a private room with its own shower, chromotherapy lights and everything you need provided.

Your session includes:

Towels
Shampoo
Body wash

It’s the perfect way to warm through, unwind and let your body settle.

Bookable online for 1 or 2 people.
For 3 people, please call us to arrange.

If you’re booking a float or massage afterwards, gowns and slippers are also provided so you can relax comfortably between treatments.
