Doncaster United JFC continues to grow — and so does the need for more great people to help develop the next generation of young footballers.

Over the past year, we’ve already helped develop numerous coaches, supporting them with experience, qualifications and opportunities to grow within the game.

We’re now looking for both:

⚽ New coaches wanting to get started and gain experience
⚽ Experienced coaches who would like to give something back and help develop young players

📅 Possible regular coaching opportunities:
Tuesday evenings | Wednesday evenings | Saturday mornings

No previous coaching experience is needed to get involved. We’re looking for positive, reliable people with a passion for football and helping young players enjoy the game.

For those with the relevant experience and qualifications, there may also be paid coaching opportunities available.

Whether you’re looking to start your coaching journey or bring your experience into a growing club, we’d love to hear from you.

A brilliant evening visiting Lincoln City Academy, with both teams performing really well in some competitive games against their U8s.

A great opportunity for the boys to test themselves in a different environment.

⚽️ A brilliant day with Doncaster Rovers Training Centre! 🔴⚪️

A huge thank you to Doncaster Rovers Training Centre for hosting our players. We’ve had nothing but positive feedback from the kids – they absolutely loved the football, the coaching and getting the chance to have a tour of the club. 🙌

A particular highlight was getting inside the changing room, with plenty of them buzzing to sit in club captain Owen Bailey’s seat! 😂⚽️

Days like this are all about giving grassroots players new experiences and creating memories they’ll talk about for a long time.

We’re looking forward to continuing to build on our strong relationship with Doncaster Rovers Training Centre and creating even more fantastic opportunities and memories for our players. 💚🖤

💚⚽️ Girls Wildcats Spaces Now Available! ⚽️💚

Following the success of our Doncaster United Wildcats programme, we’ve now opened up a limited number of new spaces for girls wanting to start or continue their football journey with us.

Our Wildcats programme is already showing a clear pathway, with girls progressing from their first sessions into newly formed Doncaster United girls teams.

We currently have a growing group of girls in Years 4 & 5, and with a few more players we believe there is the potential to develop this group into another new team. 🙌

Wildcats is all about fun, confidence, friendships and learning football in a positive environment — perfect for girls who are completely new to football as well as those who already play.

🏆💚 Silverware for our U12 Girls! 💚🏆

A great final run-out before the new season for our Doncaster United U12 Girls who took part in the Retford Tournament today and came away with some silverware after winning their final! 👏⚽️

A really positive way to finish their pre-season and another great experience for the girls before the competitive season gets underway.

A big thank you to everyone at Retford for a well-organised tournament, with good refereeing, very little waiting around between games and dedicated areas for teams to set up for the day.

Well done girls — now onto the new season! 💚⚽️🏆

💚⚽️ From Wildcats to U7 Girls Evergreen ⚽️💚

A brilliant day for our girls as they took part in their first 3v3 tournament at their own age group! 🌟

These girls have all come through our Wildcats programme and have now taken the next step by forming our new U7 Girls Evergreen team.

Their previous tournament saw them play a year above, so it was great to see them out there today playing against girls their own age, full of confidence, smiles and enjoyment.

This is exactly what we want our Wildcats and Minis programmes to achieve — giving young players a fun introduction to football, helping them develop, make friends and then progress into teams where they can create brilliant memories together.
