Just a little reminder that the studio is currently on its summer break, so there are no adult fitness classes this week.

We’re back open from Wednesday 2nd September, with our first adult classes back:

🔥 BeatFit – Tuesday 7th September

☀️ Summer Holiday Reminder ☀️

Just a quick reminder that the studio will close for the summer after classes on Tuesday 18th August.

We'll reopen on Wednesday 2nd September, refreshed and ready for one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year! ✨

When we're back, we'll be counting down to:
⭐ Another round of dance exams
🤸 Presentations for our Acro Teams
🎭 Move It planning for our older students
🎄 Parklands Christmas performances
🌟 And, of course... the start of our CAST show planning – always everyone's favourite! 🎉

Knowing us, there'll no doubt be plenty of other fun surprises and exciting opportunities added along the way too... we never quite know how to stand still! 😂💜

We'll be taking a little time to recharge over the summer too. If you need us, please do still email as normal, but as we'll be in go-slow mode, our replies may take a little longer than usual. We really appreciate your patience while we enjoy some family time before another busy term begins.

Anyone new to us you are welcome to join us but just drop us a message beforehand so we know you are coming!

Adults if you want to bring your own mats and sticks for BeatFit that would be super but don’t worry if not!
