We’re so excited to officially introduce the newest addition to our Diamonds coaching team… Lydia! 💜🖤

Lydia has been involved in dance and performance for pretty much her whole life, starting dance at just 2½ years old! She has been and still is trained by the same amazing lady that trained our Head Coach Bridie!

Alongside dancing, she has also trained in gymnastics, and still attends adult gymnastics, training twice a week. 🤸‍♀️

For the last four years, Lydia has been sharing that experience with others, teaching a variety of dance styles as well as cheer and acro. She holds BATD Associate qualifications in Ballet, Modern, Stage and Freestyle.

Lydia is also continuing to add to her already amazing skill set! She’s currently working towards completing her Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, as well as her Level 2 Acro teaching qualification, and she’s also a qualified Zumba instructor. 💃

We absolutely love having qualified coaches who are passionate about continuing to learn and develop, and Lydia brings such a brilliant mix of dance, gymnastics, acro and cheer experience to the Diamonds family.

We can’t wait for our athletes to get to know her and for Lydia to bring all of her knowledge, energy and experience into the gym! 💜
