Just a quick update for all our customers — despite the weather doing its best to soak us, we're still out and about and all booked jobs are going ahead as planned. 💪

If you're booked in with us today, don't worry, we're still coming. We'll keep you updated and let you know when we're on our way.

And if you've got a last-minute waste removal or insurance-related clearance that needs doing while we're out and about, we're more than happy to have a look, provide a quote and get it sorted where we can.

🚛💨 NOT EVEN 5PM… AND WE'VE FINISHED EARLY FOR A CHANGE! 😂

What a day! We've covered around 140 miles round trip, completed every job booked in, dealt with all the quotes, and somehow still managed to get everything done with time to spare! 💪♻️

This was our last job of the day, and we loaded up rapidly and got it cleared without hanging about. 🚛💨

Usually we're still out working when most people are thinking about putting their feet up, so finishing before 5pm feels like a holiday! 😂

Another full day smashed, another load of rubbish gone, and we're actually home at a reasonable time… someone check the diary, this doesn't normally happen! 🤣

🔥 SMASHED ANOTHER DAY… AND WE'RE STILL GOING! 🚛♻️

Another job completed today after a customer was unfortunately let down by another waste removal company.

She contacted us, we went out, had a look and gave her a quote. We were happy to match the price she'd originally been given, simply because we didn't want her being left in the lurch — especially after she'd already been let down once.

We agreed a date, got it booked in and that was that… or so we thought! 😂

A few hours later, the original company suddenly got back in touch saying they could now do the job. 🤦‍♂️😂

The customer quite rightly told them she'd already sorted it and decided to stick with us.

So after all that messing around, the job was completed by the company I.e us that actually turned up when they said they would! 😉

Sometimes it's not about who says they can do it… it's about who actually does it. 💪

We don't mind a bit of competition — but we do like keeping our promises!

Another happy customer, another job smashed, and another reminder that if we say we'll be there, we'll be there. 🚛♻️

🚨😂 YOU'VE GOT TO LAUGH, OTHERWISE WE'LL CRY! 😂🚨

Just when we thought we'd finally beaten the van problems… the big van has now gone into limp mode! 🤦‍♂️🚛

This van has already had a brand-new rear axle fitted — honestly, what more does the thing want?! 😂

We've given it a new axle, kept it working its backside off day after day, and it's still decided it wants to throw another tantrum. 🤣

To be fair, the vans do work their absolute backsides off. They're out constantly, loaded up, emptied, loaded again and pushed through job after job. So maybe the big girl is just asking for a little attention… although we're running out of things to give her! 😂

We're getting this latest issue looked at, and hopefully it's something that can be sorted quickly.

BUT… if this next fix doesn't do the trick, that's it! We're buying a new van! 🚛💨

At this point we're not sure whether we're running a waste removal business or a mobile van repair service! 😂🔧

Fingers crossed this is the LAST chapter in the van saga… because we've got rubbish to remove and customers to get to! 💪♻️

These are messages im receiving at 10.30pm

We just want to make our customers aware of something that has happened to our business page.

We were contacted privately by somebody offering us paid advertising/promotion. We politely declined the service. Following this, the person then contacted us again and claimed to have left us a negative review.

When asked why, they replied saying that if we bought a service from them, they would remove the bad review and also offered to give us 10 good reviews for free.

We have screenshots of the full conversation and have reported the matter.

We take our reputation extremely seriously and are proud of the genuine reviews and recommendations we receive from real customers who have actually used our services.

If you happen to see a strange negative review appear on our page, please be aware that we have evidence showing the circumstances behind it.

💪 WHAT A SUCCESSFUL DAY! 🚛♻️

Another day completely smashed! Every outstanding job has been completed, all the quotes have been dealt with, and we're finally caught up! ✅

It wasn't just the booked jobs either — we had multiple jobs spinning at the same time, with new enquiries and quotes coming in while we were already out working. We managed to fit jobs in along the way, stop off to quote, get straight back to removals, and keep everything moving throughout the day. 💪

We had all but one of the quotes accepted, which is a fantastic result. But even the one we didn't get turned into something positive.

We turned up to the job and there was another local waste removal company there at the same time. They're only just starting out, and rather than trying to compete for the job, we simply said:

“If you want this one, you can have it.” 🤝

We're always aiming to win the work, but sometimes it's nice to give someone else a helping hand — especially when they're starting out and trying to build their own business.

There's plenty of work out there for everyone, and we genuinely wish them all the best with their new venture. 💪

So that's another day done — jobs completed, quotes sent, new bookings coming in, and the diary still filling up! 😂

The big van is absolutely RAMMED 😂 so we've swapped over to the little van and we're carrying on!

We've still got 2 jobs to go, but there's no stopping us yet. 💪♻️

Most people are thinking about getting ready for bed… we're still out here moving rubbish! 😂

The diary might be packed, the vans might be full, and the clock might be pushing 9pm, but we've got jobs to finish and promises to keep!

Nearly there… two more to smash and then we can finally call it a night! 🚛💨

🐀😂 WELL… WE DEFINITELY WEREN’T EXPECTING THIS!

Turned up to another waste removal job and found ourselves with a little rat family reunion going on! 🐀🐀🐀🐀

There were 4 big ones who clearly decided it was time to evacuate the premises once we started moving everything… but the cheeky things left the babies behind! 😂

Talk about “every rat for themselves!” 🤣

The big ones made a run for it, leaving the little ones behind like, “Sorry kids, you're on your own!” 😂

Safe to say, this job came with a few unexpected extras! You genuinely never know what you're going to uncover when you start clearing years of rubbish.

Another day at Junkbusters365 — where apparently we don't just remove rubbish… we also evict unwanted tenants! 🐀🏠😂

🚛🔥 THE BIG VAN IS NEARLY READY TO HIT THE ROAD AGAIN! 🔥🚛

After all the headaches, breakdowns and waiting around… we're finally getting there! 😂

The old axle is OFF ✅
The new axle is ON ✅
And we're now looking at roughly another hour before she's ready to get back out where she belongs!

Once that van is rolling again, it's going to feel like we've doubled our workforce overnight! 😂💪

We can't wait to have it back out smashing through the jobs, catching up on the diary and getting even more waste shifted.

One more hour… and we're back in business! 🚛💨♻️
