What an amazing few days at our Ards RFC Summer Camp!

💪 3 days of fitness, fun & teamwork
🏉 New girls mixing with our experienced players
🔥 Learning new skills & building confidence
🏹 Finished off with a bit of archery
🍔 And of course… a BBQ!

And just when we thought the day was done, 45 girls turned up for another pre-season training night that evening!

The energy, enthusiasm and commitment from our girls has been incredible. It’s been brilliant to see new friendships forming, confidence growing and the girls enjoying every minute.

What an exciting season we have ahead!

The countdown is on! We’re thrilled to announce that our Ards RFC Girls U14 & U16 squads will be heading to Barcelona from 1st–4th April 2027! 🏉

This tour will be an incredible opportunity for our players to experience rugby on an international stage, strengthen friendships and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Over the coming months we’ll be sharing our journey as we work towards Barcelona. Keep an eye on our page for fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, challenges and lots of exciting ways you can get involved and support the team.

Every raffle ticket bought, every event attended, every donation and every share will help our girls get one step closer to Barcelona.

A huge well done to our Ards Rugby youth players who proudly represented Ulster Rugby in today's Age Grade Interprovincial fixtures in Athlone!

A special mention to Charlotte, who shared the captaincy responsibilities for the Ulster U16 Girls today!

To have these players representing both Ulster and Ards Rugby on the provincial stage is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication, commitment and talent within our youth section!

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them and look forward to following their continued progress in the seasons ahead.

Wednesday 5th August sees us return to Hamilton Park, well rested, refreshed, and ready for the new season! 💪🏉

Time to dust off the boots, get back on the pitch for some pre-season training, and catch up on everyone’s summer adventures!

🩷🖤Some highlights from yesterday’s Ulster U16 Summer Squad match against Connacht Rugby. 🩷🖤

What an incredible experience for our five Ards girls – Amy, Memphis, Gabriella, Charlotte and Hannah – who all represented Ulster with pride and gave outstanding performances throughout the game.

Hannah also had the honour of captaining the side. To be entrusted with leading your province is a fantastic achievement.

We couldn’t be prouder of everything these girls have achieved. They are fantastic ambassadors for both Ulster Rugby and Ards Rugby Club, and we know this is only the beginning of an exciting journey.

Sunday morning saw us welcome a host of new girls to the club to see what all the fuss about Ards RFC is about 😉

Alongside some of our existing girls, they got the chance to experience training, meet our fully qualified coaches, and see what being part of the Ards RFC family is all about 🩷

A fantastic morning was had by everyone, and we can’t wait to welcome even more new faces in the weeks ahead!

Back to Affidea we went only this time to watch the magnificent Womens 6 Nations Ireland vs Wales match!

An amazing night was had by all, and with our own Ruby Black as part of the ball team the night was made even better with an Ireland win and a chance meet with

Girls Night Out 🏉

It’s always a pleasure to represent girls rugby at Ulster and last night our U12s once again made the trip to Affidea Stadium for a halftime game against their new friends, .

The girls put in a fantastic performance and came away with a win against very strong opposition — the perfect way to round off what has been a brilliant season for this team.

A huge thank you to all the coaches involved, and to for the opportunity and continued support.
