We just realised that it was our 12th business birthday this week! Time truly does fly, and we are loving it more each year ❤️ Excited for what is to come.

Sisters at work - tired but happy on a Friday evening. It's been so lovely spending more time at work together since Izzy has been back from maternity leave.

A few photos at the end of a lovely week...

1) Aren't people lovely? Look how much Pilates teacher Flow with Francesca 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🪴 's students love her. They decorated and hosted a party after class today to celebrate her upcoming wedding 🌟🩶 - we're sending Francesca & Matt lots of love for their happy day xx

2) Beautiful blooms from a lovely, generous customer. It's dahlia season! 💐

3) A quote on a yogi tea bag that we just loved. It's a good reminder to us all & we've posted about it on our other page The Work Space Burston

4) On Monday we co-hosted (with our favourites Coastal Media) our third monthly Wellness Morning, and it was pure delight. From the amazing restorative group session with Dr Amy D'Sa to the tea & chats afterwards, to the co-working that unfolded after that. Just sublime. A real treat was to spend some proper time with the wonderful River who has been working with us this year (new website, logo and signage amongst other things), and who we only met in person this month! Modern technology is great but there's no comparison to spending real time with people. We loved it.

5) Crumpled blankets after the last massage of the week. And it was for my OG best friend, it was the perfect way to finish the week. She let me try out some new techniques, and we had a natter over a yogi tea afterwards. Just gorgeous.

6) This one is from a few weeks ago when I went to the Coastal Media free workshop in Cromer. They are so welcoming that they are happy for little ones to come along too, and we had great fun building a "crab cage" afterwards!

This week we had our monthly Wellness Morning, with a restorative yoga class and time for tea and chats - see photo of some happy, relaxed faces. We run these sessions in collaboration with the brilliant .biz - because our businesses will thrive when we look after the most important part of it; ourselves. The next one is on Monday 27th July and everyone is welcome, the booking link will be published soon.

At the end of the month on Friday 26th June, we have The Space Gathering. This is a quarterly event for freelancers, creatives, independent practitioners and small businesses to come along for an evening of connection, restoration and gentle inspiration. At this event we are delighted to be joined by who will help us to learn how to manage our energy levels while running our businesses, as well as keeping it sustainable and working in the best way for us as individuals. There will be time for chats and refreshments, and we'll end with a beautiful sound bath with

We've had some gorgeous collaborative events at The Space recently - welcoming in the spring in the best way.

From 🌟 Pilates & Lattes with .with.francesca and to 🌟Yoga & Sound with and - it makes us sooo happy to see these wonderful events taking place and different practitioners coming together to create something unique.

Sarah offers massage & sound therapy treatments, as well as regular soundbaths. Always dreamy.

Cat Rowe has been making the most of the beautiful weather & taking her Tarot cards outside. Cat offers Insight Healing, Tarot & Intuitive Massage at The Space.

My intention of late was to post a little weekly round up, but life just keeps on life-ing so here's a few random photos from over the last couple of weeks.

1) Jo, our magic house plant gardener, moved some of the trailing plants around & now it's looking a little less wild over here. 💚 we do still love the jungle vibes, just try to keep it as a tame jungle. We get so many compliments about our plants & the good energy they create.

2) Geraldine is really pleased to now be offering a 'Map my Mole' service, to help speedily assess moles and skin lesions. This sits beautifully alongside her work in clinical skincare, electrolysis and blemish removal. Geraldine is at The Space on Thursdays and some Saturdays, always in a wonderfully colour uniform.

3) it was so lovely to properly chat to Michelle recently, and hear more about her work as a Colour Guide, which is so interesting, I can't wait to have a session. Michelle will be working here as a therapist very soon, and will hopefully join us for some events too.

4) my wonderful laundry fairy (aka my Aunt Lindy), dropped off a basket of my massage blankets and towels having taken them home to wash as I was feeling a tad overwhelmed. It really does take a village sometimes. 💖
