A mini manifesto if you likeā¦
My classes explore womenās health through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga science, yoga philosophy, our unique anatomy as well as the natural rhythms of the seasons and cycles.
Above all, my teaching is inclusive.
I believe yoga should meet you where you are, helping you understand and work with your own body rather than asking you to fit into a particular shape or way of moving.
Classes explore practices that can benefit your body and wellbeing whilst also offering practical tools that extend far beyond the mat and into everyday life.
Yoga is not just something we practise; it can become a framework for living with greater awareness, resilience and connection.
Oh and I 100% see yoga as a tool for activism, there is nothing passive about it, but I think Iāll need a whole new set of slides for that one.
Just in case you were wondering what you were signing up for.
