I Help Busy Professionals Get Fitter, Stronger & Reach Their Physique Goals Online

23/08/2026

A conversation in the gym today reminded me how important the right advice can be at the right time.

When I decided to compete years ago, I was fortunate to have people around me who didn’t immediately point me towards PEDs.

was one of them.

His advice was simple: why not see what you can do naturally first?

My dad had always had the same outlook too.

Looking back, that guidance probably influenced the entire direction I took in bodybuilding.

No judgement towards anyone who chooses a different path.

But I do think we’ve reached a point where too many people ask “what can I take?” before they’ve ever properly explored “what am I capable of?”

Train. Build. Learn. Compete naturally if you want to.

Then make informed decisions from there.

Steroids aren’t the entry fee for bodybuilding.

Happy birthday to my beautiful wife ❤️

Another year of adventures, memories, laughs and doing life together.

I’m incredibly lucky to have you by my side, and I hope this next year brings you everything you deserve.

Te amo, amor, Parabéns ❤️🎂

The gym has taught me far more about life than it ever has about lifting weights.

Because every session is a choice.

A choice to do something difficult.

To stay disciplined when you’d rather be comfortable.

To keep showing up when nobody’s watching.

Life doesn’t care if you’re ready.

It will test you anyway.

Training is one of the few places where you get to choose discomfort before life chooses it for you.

Every hard session is another reminder that you’re capable of more than you think.

That’s why I train.

Not just to build a stronger body…

But to become a more capable man.

Training isn’t practice for the gym.

It’s practice for life.

Most men don’t need another training plan.

They need to stop guessing.

I see it all the time.

Someone trains harder.
Buys more supplements.
Starts another programme.

Yet nothing really changes because they’re trying to fix the symptom, not the constraint.

That’s why I built this free Performance Assessment.

In under 3 minutes, you’ll discover the biggest factor currently limiting your performance and receive a personalised report showing where I’d focus first.

If you’re serious about performing at a higher level, start there.

187.5kg x 2 was written in the programme today.

I hit 180kg x 2 on the way up. The moment I racked it, I knew I was loading 200.

200kg x 2.

The programme gives the session direction. It does not remove judgement. Some days you stick to the number. Some days the warm-ups tell you there is more there.

Backed it down to 160kg x 6, then finished with 180kg x 6 on the hack squat.

A very good marker of where this rebuild is heading.

People always ask about the programme.

The programme matters.

But so does recovery.
So does nutrition.
So does sleep.
So does consistency.

232.5kg × 2 today.

The lift is the result.

The system is what produced it.

Onwards 👊🏼

Someone asked me today how I stay so consistent.

I gave him one answer.

Your reason has to be stronger than your feelings.

Motivation fades.

Standards don’t.

The gym is just where we practise it.

Keep the promises you make to yourself.

Training organises my thoughts.

It gives me somewhere to put what the day builds up.

That’s why it’s non-negotiable.

I plan around it the same way I plan around work, because the results only come when the effort is repeated day after day, year after year.

You don’t need every session to be exceptional.

You need to keep showing up.

There can be a million problems in the world, but the second your health becomes one of them, everything else gets smaller.

Look after it before you’re forced to.
