📅 Monday 26th July – Saturday 31st July 2027

A little later than usual next year, but there’s a very good reason! The dates have been selected to align with the earliest availability of Ulster University, Magee Campus accommodation, ensuring we can continue to provide the best possible experience for all our visiting teams.

Foyle Cup | O'Neills O'Neills

The success of the ONeills Foyle Cup and why it brings people to our city and district in their thousands, isn’t just the football; it is the welcome they receive across the district- be it Derry, Strabane, Limavady or wherever. Retailers in the area have reported back to us that Foyle Cup delivered for them like no other week- not even Christmas week!

Unlike other largely popular events across N.I. eg golf tournaments where visitors experience hiked prices for accommodation and food- people coming to the Foyle Cup were receiving special offers across the city and district in cafes, restaurants, hotels, for all their players- even with offers of coaches eating for free.

Well done the Foyle Cup retailers- I know it is not like this for other major events locally as traders come in from all over- Foyle Cup only use local traders, whose support in the form of keeping prices reasonable, we much appreciate.

When the tournament was on, someone left a brand new, still in the packet, Premier League top in the forecourt. We have it in the office if the person can say exactly what it is and can collect it. Thanks.

You will support the oversight, coordination, and delivery of our open-access youth provision, helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for young people aged 9–18 years.
This role follows the Model for Effective Practice and aligns with EA Youth Services Local Area Provision.

Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-Time)
Pay: NJC Scale 2 – SCP4 (Pro Rata)
Contract: Fixed Term (2026–2029, subject to annual funding review)
