Membership is limited to 50 people to ensure a high quality experience is recieved by all. The gym is very private and also has 3 experienced and knowledgeable coaches. It is the only strength facility in the north west with equipment other gyms do not have. You may also meet some of Irelands strongest Men & Women whilst you visit.
