✨ What does “everyday magic” look like at City of Derry Pony Club Centre?

It looks like children building confidence with horses, learning to care for them, making friends and feeling that they belong.

Funds raised through easyfundraising help us create more of those opportunities. We’re working towards wellbeing sessions, inclusive activities for children and young people with additional needs, and subsidised Pony Club training & activities that more families can access.

⭐️ Visitors from Oklahoma to the farm 🇺🇸

One of the things we love most about welcoming visitors to the farm is the people we get to meet along the way. 💚

These lovely ladies travelled all the way from Oklahoma, and it didn’t take long to discover we had plenty in common!

We really enjoyed hearing about their lives back home and sharing our mutual love of farm life, horses and rescue dogs 🐴🐶🌿 — not to mention learning about the wonderful charity work they’re involved in, training service dogs.

It’s amazing how a trail ride can bring together people from completely different parts of the world and lead to such lovely conversations and connections.

🐴💚 More than riding lessons… this is Pony Club!

Developing skills, building confidence, making friends and, most importantly, having fun along the way! 🌟

Our Pony Club Camp 2026 gave our riders the chance to experience so much together — from show jumping and cross-country to riding through the fields, splashing through the river and simply enjoying being out with their ponies and their friends. 🏇🌿💦

That’s what we love about Pony Club at City of Derry Farm & Equestrian Centre. With the farm, fields, trails and natural surroundings right on our doorstep, our riders get opportunities to learn and develop both in and out of the arena.

But Pony Club is about much more than riding. ❤️

It’s about developing horsemanship, confidence and independence. It’s about encouraging each other, trying something new, making friendships and creating memories along the way.
