I’m not anti fat loss
I do support women to lose weight (if that’s their goal)
Although my priority as a coach has and will always be your health
Your whole health, mental, physical and emotional
Not just how much you weigh or what you look like
Because spoiler alert you can be super duper lean and feel awful
Your health, mobility, bond density, relationship with food and exercise, body image and menstrual cycle are SO much more important than a smaller body (imo)
