So, you want to start kickboxing but the idea of coming down for the first time is really daunting. There can be a lot of questions you might have before attending.

You might wonder about the unknown: what do we actually do in a class? Do I need prior experience? What will the people training there be like?

🧐Let’s answer some of those questions!

Our classes follow a structure (that might change slightly from time to time, but generally follow this pattern).

🥊We’ll always start with a stretch and a warmup, then we’ll move onto padwork (or sometimes we’ll do grading sets first) - the majority of the lesson will be working in pairs on a routine broken down into segments. Then sometimes we may do some conditioning work (not loads, we promise!), then we’ll stretch again and you’re all done! ✅

We start and end every lesson with a bow, to show respect to the room and everyone we’re training with 🙏

You don’t need any prior experience, we’ll guide you through everything you need to know. We’re here to train, but also to enjoy ourselves. For many, these lessons can be more about just releasing some stress instead of coming down to do the worlds best round kick, we get it 🥊
