g our warriors 121 and group personal training sessions as well as a variety of different classes designed for ALL abilities and fitness goals (see timetable for more info). All sessions are delivered by fully qualified and highly experienced fitness professionals that are REP's registered and first aid trained. We have a wide range of brand new equipment including; squat racks, Olympic barbells and bumper plates, lifting platforms, sissy squat machine, hip thruster bench, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells and much more! Our mission is to follow the 'Spartan code' a set of rules which we live by, swear by and never break. These are also known as the 4 D's.....
