‘A well deserved award for Kirsty after an excellent second half performance. This is the side of Kirsty’s game we see in training and are delighted that she’s managed to get a goal and assist as a reward for all her hard work. It was excellent to see Kirsty drive at the defender, beat them and put in a great delivery for Jemma’s goal and then showed great composure to get on the end of Sam McManus’s header and flick it past the keeper.’
