Two places have come free on our Breathe & Paddle retreat this Saturday, 19th September.

A whole day on the River Avon: guided mindfulness on the bank, gentle SUP yoga, a slow paddle downstream, an optional wild dip and a seasonal riverside lunch.

All kit is included. Beginners and nervous paddlers are very welcome, and plenty of guests come on their own.

9:30am to around 4pm at Arden Sailing Club, Defford. £135 per person.

We spotted this baby Cuckoo on a willow branch during a SUP Safari being fed by his new mamma, a reed warbler!

A SUP Safari down the Avon.
Under the bridge, round the Swan's Neck, Bredon Hill coming into view, a swim halfway to cool off, home with the Malverns ahead of you. Two hours, zero phone signal.
