It’s not all Monday and Wednesday training! We’ve been getting together for a bit of rounders, plenty of laughs and some quality time off the pitch 🖤

Because being part of the Valks is about more than just rugby. It’s the socials, the friendships and having a team you actually want to spend your time with 🫶🏼

Michelle Loots, Captain: "Success isn't an accident. Through hard work, commitment, resilience, team work and most of all loving the sport we play, we will do great things this season."

Lamorna McNevin-Rolfe, Vice Captain: "Our ambition this season is to keep improving as a team and as individuals while competing strongly in the Inner Warrior Series. We'd love to be able to progress NC3 next season, and if we continue to work hard and support each other, we're confident we can make this a successful year."
