Something to ponder 🙏

Our theme this week in class is around the Autumn Equinox which teaches us how to embrace change and let things go 🍂 In true alignment with the seasons, I am finding this to be a central theme in my life right now, riding the waves of so much change and knowing when letting go is the only way forward.
It is not always easy to let go of things we've been holding onto, whether that's people, situations or feelings, for example, but sometimes letting go of what no longer serves you is the healthiest thing you can do. So maybe take a moment this equinox to reflect on how you want your world to look over the next few months towards the winter solstice. Ask yourself what you can let go of, what you don't need to carry forward with you into this next quarter or perhaps what you want to invite more of into your life.
Change is never easy but on the other side of change is growth 🍁🍂 Autumn Equinox blessings ✨

It will run from 7pm to 8pm and you can find full details here: https://www.samadhi-yoga.co.uk/yoga-events-1 This will be a lovely event, combining the energy of both the Autumn Equinox and the Full Moon both of which will help to create a supportive space for rest, reflection, and setting quiet intentions. The grounding vibrations of the sound bath will invite you to relax, reconnect inwardly, and ease into the season ahead 🙏✨
