DEFENDING DRILL❗️
3 aspects of this drill:
- Stepping out from defence with the ball and finding a pass to a teammate.
- Recovery tackle or block to prevent a goal.
- Retrieving the ball back for your team and finding a simple pass to retain possession.
We try to imitate match realistic situations in our drills as much as possible so when these situations arise in-game, it becomes second nature.
