Another busy and fantastic weekend for the club today.

Well done to the team today who took part in this years Big Half 🙌

Jamie picked up his 200 junior parkrun wristband this morning. Which he is still wearing now!

Mark took part in the London Hammer school, learning more about throwing and picking up lots of coaching tips and Kirsten was officiating at the EYAL final in Chelmsford.

Another Quadrathon for Emma, who has improved so much over the summer

The older juniors, once again, joined the Sunday morning long run gang, for a trail run through the glorious Joyden’s Wood in preparation for cross country

And finally, some of our members were invited to the Mayor of Dartford’s Garden Party, in recognition of the voluntary work they do, to help make our community a little better.

Today we celebrated a 25th, 50th milestone and a 7th alphabet 🙌 well done to Lindsay, Maya and Stuart.

Congratulations to our junior members Emma & Noah on their inaugural 1st Pentathlon and 1st Quadrathlon for these two

Thank you to host club Tonbridge AC for regularly providing competition and to all the officials who make it happen

We are SO PROUD of our older juniors, who joined the grown ups, in this weeks long Sunday morning run.

We all met in Central Park, bright & early, to run over to Blackheath.

17km which is the furthest most of them have run and we are really proud of all of them !

They were buzzing and smiling and absolutely loved the challenge.

Today we travelled all over the 🌍 and parkran in 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇯🇵🇲🇾🇮🇹🇵🇱. How amazing is that!

Well done to Mike who celebrated his 250th run and Jamie for his 200th location 🙌

It was a pleasure to meet up with our friends at Dartford Borough litter picking group this morning to clear the back part of the car park.
These guys do an amazing job within the Dartford community.
Thank you so much for everything you do.

The final league fixture, in this seasons Kent Young Athletes League ( KYAL ) was held at Tonbridge on Sunday with our under 12’s boys & girls competing.
Some amazing track & field performances from these guys, some of whom had never had a proper Athletics meeting experience.
They absolutely loved it, with huge beaming smiles all day !
A massive thank you to all the wonderful coaches, officials and supportive parents who make these events happen.
We cannot wait until next year, to do it all over again.
Our older juniors joined us on the Sunday morning run, this week.
13k (8 miles ) and they all did amazing.
This will improve their parkrun times and prepare them for the upcoming cross country season.
