I created the Menopause Strength Collective to help women cut through all the noise when it comes to building a strong body during the menopause years and beyond.

To be honest it’s not really that complicated. It’s just that there’s a lot of BS online that likes to sell you some sexy new idea or product that makes you believe it is.

MSC is simply about building a solid foundation of habits that become ‘just what you do’, day in and day out.

Swipe to find out about the 4 pillar that underpin everything we do inside the Menopause Strength Collective.

I truly believe that strength training is one of the most important things a woman can do for her long term health and independence.

Getting strong in the gym pretty much always means getting strong outside of the gym too!

Learning to build cardio, mobility and balance into every day life is an essential piece of the puzzle. Getting strong is crucial, but you’ve gotta be able to protect your heart and lungs as your body and mind ages.

As you get older, focusing on recovery in between training sessions becomes more important. This helps to make sure every valuable minute in the gym is transferred into building strength, protecting muscle and preserving bone density.

Diets have a shelf life. Food that works for you doesn’t.

It’s time to stop with the fads and start eating in a way that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

It’s not about restriction and stress. It’s about moderation, consistency and just being good enough.

How to work with me?

The Menopause Strength Collective runs seamlessly across all of my coaching programmes:

1:1 in person
1:1 online
Group Training (women only)

To join the collective add your name to the waitlist and I’ll let you know as soon as space becomes available.

🚨Leave your ego at the gym door.

You’ve got to earn the right to progress.

Get really good at the basics first:

squat - hinge - lunge - push - pull - brace - rotate - carry - crawl

✅ Build that foundation before you even think about complex movements.

❌ Rush it, and you risk injury, and you risk losing motivation and consistency. That matters even more in perimenopause and menopause, when your recovery isn’t what it used to be and an injury can knock your consistency for months, not weeks.

Now, strength training, broken down, is boring. Same movements, week in, week out.

But that’s also what makes it not boring. Because you’re doing the same movements every week and you’re always trying to progress something:

reps - weight - rest periods - tempo - technique

The main thing is the foundation comes first. You’ve got to earn the right to progress. That’s not about age, it’s about longevity. You want to be doing this at 60, 70, 80 years old!

And keep checking in on your foundation. Because that foundation is what’s holding everything else up.

🤯 Can you still be consistent during the most mental of times??

Chaotic consistency is the name of the game!

Life can be hectic - especially during menopause when so many things intersect.

But even amongst all the chaos it is possible to progress.

When it comes to your food, here are my top tips:

1. Create a menu of ‘go-to’ meals you can quickly pick from. It helps to reduce the stress of the ‘what’s for tea?’ question.

2. Choose meals that are easily made into leftovers for the next day saving cooking time.

3. Keep a stash of quick staples stocked - I always have things like protein powder, tinned tuna & mackerel, frozen veg, tinned beans, noodles, microwave rice.

So next time it feels chaotic and overwhelming, remember you don’t need perfect the perfect plan. You just need a few go-to strategies in your back pocket so you can still show up even on your messiest of days!

📌 Save this for next time your week feels like it’s going sideways!

This is your reminder to focus on the process, not the outcome.

Focus on doing the little daily habits consistently. Because change is slow and gradual, it’s easy to think that the little things you do every day aren’t having an impact.

But these are the most important things to focus on. That 10 minute walk at lunchtime, the extra portion of veg you eat every dinner time, the extra glass of water you’re drinking when you wake up.

This is the work that nobody sees behind the scenes. This is the consistency that builds confidence and momentum.

Just keep going. You’ve got this!

🚨Daily movement isn’t during menopause. The benefits are just too good to ignore!

It can help with:

✅ Hormone regulation
✅ Heart health
✅ Mental health
✅ Stress levels
✅ Sleep

…..and so much more.

If you need to move more, start out small.

Small wins build confidence and momentum over time.

What’s your favourite type of daily movement? Let me know in the comments 👇🏽

The Menopause Strength Collective starts in September!
