JUC ‘B’ storm to top of the table in division 1 after a big win, with Cockerton and Hopetown WMC ‘C’ sharing the lead at the top of division 2.

Big well done to Ben Heys who also scored the first 25+ break of season.

The league would like to welcome all 15 teams that will represent themselves and their clubs respectively in the upcoming Darlington and District Snooker League season.

Plenty of new faces added this season of all ages along with some new clubs for our teams to visit makes for another fantastic season of league snooker. 🎱🏆

In the upcoming weeks the league will be announcing some very exciting partnerships and sponsorships that we have established over the summer 🤝

After a successful summer push, the league has plenty of new teams assembled for the 2026-2027 snooker season, however one of the already established teams requires a couple of players to ensure they have enough players for the league campaign.

If there are any unattached players out there who can play every fortnight on a Wednesday, or that could sign up and help a team when required please drop the page a message of interest or contact our league chairman on 07951442730 and he will pass your details onto the relevant captain.

This season is officially our biggest yet, with two divisions confirmed and our popular handicapped format ensuring players of all levels can compete, improve, and enjoy the league. More fixtures, more local derbies, more chances for teams to shine.

Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning to familiar faces and rivalries, we’re excited to have you all on board for another brilliant season of Wednesday‑night snooker.
