It’s Day 6 of Learn to Swim Week and today is all about First Aid 🚑

⏱️ Every second counts in an emergency situation. Using a public access defibrillator (PAD) within 3–5 minutes of a cardiac arrest can increase survival rates by 50–70% (British Heart Foundation).

Knowing how to respond before professional help arrives could help save a life. ❤️
