We’re delighted to welcome Jack Durkee and Evan Hopkins to the Cwmbran Town U21s! 👏

Both players came through the Celtic Academy and Panteg pathway, with Jack (Goalkeeper) previously playing for New Inn, while Evan (Midfielder) was previously with Coresyceilig Athletic.

It’s fantastic to have both players now representing Cwmbran Town U21s, and we’re delighted to have them on board as we continue to build for the season ahead. 💪

🐦‍⬛ Friday night’s Ardal South East League Cup victory wasn’t just about the result, it was also another positive step in the development of two of our young players.

18-year-olds Ged Taylor (left) and Ethan Bowyer (right) were both included in the first-team squad, experiencing the matchday environment and training alongside the senior group.

While neither player was called upon from the bench, both enjoyed being involved and will have gained invaluable experience as they continue their development.

Ged then backed that up on Saturday with a strong performance for our second team, providing an assist before keeping his cool to convert a late penalty. ⚽️

✍️ New Signing | Josh Brown

We’re delighted to welcome back Josh Brown to the Crows, with the talented midfielder re-joining us from Goytre.

Josh previously enjoyed a hugely productive spell with the club, finding the net 29 times in 53 appearances across three seasons. His record included 13 goals in 28 appearances in 2023/24 and an impressive 14 goals in just 21 appearances the following campaign, before adding two goals in four appearances last season.

A natural goal-scoring midfielder with a proven eye for goal, Josh’s return adds another potent attacking threat to our squad. ⚽🔥

Manager Brandon said: “It’s brilliant to welcome Browny back. He brings great experience, energy, and fits seamlessly into how we want to play. He’s already got that strong bond with the lads, so he’ll hit the ground running straight away”
