We’re delighted to announce our Autumn Term dates, returning to our fantastic host venue at Howells School, Llandaff.

🏉 Term starts Saturday 12th September 2026
⭐ 7 action-packed Saturday morning sessions
👧🧒 Perfect for children aged 2–7

Our sessions are split into two age groups:

🌟 MiniStars | Ages 2–3

Fun, energetic sessions designed to introduce little ones to sport through play, movement and teamwork.

🚀 MegaStars | Ages 4–7

Developing fundamental rugby and sporting skills while building confidence, coordination and a love of being active.

Every session is designed to help children learn, develop and have fun in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment — with plenty of smiles along the way! 😊

Over the past 15 years, the LittleStars Rugby programme has introduced more than 5,000 children to sport across three countries and two continents. 🌎🏉

We’re incredibly proud that many former LittleStars have gone on to become involved with regional and national sports academies around the country and beyond. 🌟

And who knows… perhaps the next one is already waiting to take their first steps onto the pitch! 🏉⭐

Our coaches are qualified early years practitioners and qualified teachers, bringing years of experience and passion to developing the next generation of future stars. 💯

🌟 One of the core principles of the LittleStars Rugby programme when it was created was to provide paid coaching opportunities to young people looking to develop and better themselves. Great to see some amazing achievements of our former and current coaches.

🌟 Firstly a huge shout out to Morgan King, completing the Swansea Ironman competition in a very competitive time. Morgan is now in training for the Tenby Ironman and is seeking sponsorship for his nominated charity, MND so anyone who would like to help Morgan achieve his sonsorship target please get in touch.

🌟 Secondly a big well done to Cardiff coach Nia, not only did she bag the award for Dominos Pizza customer service person of the year for Wales but also graduated this week from Cardiff Met in Early Years Education. Well done Nia get the pizzas in!! ☺️🍕👩‍🎓

🌟 An early start to our sessions today to beat the midday heat! Our MiniStars got going with a game of racing cars then into a game of Tiger Tag! 🐯

🌟 Our older Megastars warmed up with a game of Bulldog then a fun pass, catch and running game! 🏉 🤲

🌟 Overall a super effort all round and great fun morning of rugby skills! 👌🏻💯
