PATTERNS WORKSHOP.... This Weekend!
We are holding a patterns workshop this Saturday.
The next grading is the 8th November, if you are hoping to grade then you should attend this session.
We will be covering the following patterns:
CHON-JI (Brown Stripe, Brown and Yellow stripe belts)
DAN-GUN (Yellow Belts)
DO-SAN (Yellow/Green Stripe Belt)
WON-HYO (Green Belt)
YUL-GOK (Green/Blue Stripe Belt)
JOONG-GUN (Blue Belt)
TOI-GYE (Blue/Red Stripe Belt)
HWA-RANG (Red Belt)
2pm @ The Lomond Centre, Glenrothes
