It was the last hoorah for Sophia and Eireann competing with cumbernauld before heading off to university so a bitter sweet final day at Summer meet but we wish them both the best of luck and it has been a pleasure to coach you both over the years.

Sunday results:

Zoe made her summer meet debut and somehow escaped the group picture, she gave a strong effort and managed to move up a number of places.

Alicia took two personal bess in her own 400 IM, taking off 15 seconds in her time, amazing effort. Phoebe also swam a great race in this getting a 10 second pb.

Sandie pbd in both her 400im and 50 fly.

200 Back was taken on by Ava, Holly W, Jet, Adam, Nathan and Eireann. Adam, Nathan and Eireann made the final with Eireann picking up a silver and the boys taking two pbs.

100 fly was completed by Sophia, Oliver, Phoebe, Woody& Nathan. Nathan picked up another final equaling his earlier pb.

Sophia, Phoebe, Aimee, Meghan, Holly & Nathan had the 100 free as well. Sophia took part in a swim off for the final and narrowly missed out, Meghan & phoebe secured final spots with phoebe getting a new pb.

Alex, Sandie, Ava & Sophia enjoyed some splash & dash 50s. Sophia pbing in her breast and Sandie in the fly.
