A day of learning with the lovely Kate Fuller

It was an incredible learning experience, but I was happy to peer over Kate’s shoulder 😂😉.

🔬 **A Privilege Never Taken Lightly** 🔬

Yesterday our cohort headed into the anatomy labs at King's College London — and what a day it was.

There's always nerves beforehand. It's completely natural. But time and again we watch that apprehension give way to something deeper: a real sense of privilege at being able to learn directly from the donors who so generously gave their bodies to education. There is no textbook, no app, no model that comes close.

We worked our way through the upper and lower limb — tracing nerves and their pathways, following blood vessels, and examining muscles, joints and connective tissue in a way that simply can't be replicated any other way. We also studied the lungs, heart, abdominal organs and the spinal cord.

Seeing these structures in three dimensions, understanding how everything relates and connects, transforms the way you think about the body and your clinical work. You leave with a respect for human anatomy — and for the donors — that stays with you.

A huge thank you to the team at King's, and to every donor whose generosity makes this learning possible. 🙏

Well done to everyone who showed up and made the most of a genuinely special day.

I’m really looking forward to being part of this. It’s a privilege to learn from experts in this setting and continue building the knowledge that underpins the classes & 1-2-1s I provide.

I’m also incredibly mindful that opportunities like this are only possible because of the generosity of those who chose to donate their bodies to education and research. Kate Fuller and I are very respectful of their gift.

Can’t wait to geek out with you Kate!

⏸️🔔 No treatments tomorrow as I'll be attending a Cadaver Anatomy Workshop at King's College London. An incredible opportunity to study human anatomy in a way that simply can't be replicated through textbooks or models.

As a Sports Massage Therapist, having a deeper appreciation of the body's structures, how tissues relate to one another, and the complexity of human movement helps me continue to refine my assessment and treatment approach. Investing in ongoing education means I can provide the best possible care for the people who trust me with their recovery and performance. ❤️

Looking forward to a day of learning, gaining new perspectives, and bringing that knowledge back into my practice. 🎓🧠

Nearly 88 years young and incorporating a 10kg kettlebell into her Pilates bridge!

This client came to me wanting to build strength through Pilates so she could keep driving with confidence.

We’ve taken things step by step, building over time, and watching her body adapt has been incredible.

With her background as an orthopaedic surgical nurse, the chats are just as strong as the workouts 😂🥳.

If you’re struggling with hip or knee strength and want to feel more confident in your body, my new Hip & Knee Pilates classes are starting in September. (Pre or post surgery)
