Crystel Coaching Helping women 40+ navigate menopause with confidence, clarity and support. Coaching for energy, mindset, lifestyle and wellbeing during midlife.

Feel like yourself again. My name is Sherri Crystel, founder of Nutribody. For the past two decades, health and fitness have been a passion of mine, which has had a positive impact on my life, as to the way I look and feel and continues to do so to this day. At High School, I loved sports and excelled on and off the track and was selected for the athletics team. I enjoyed the thrill and buzz that came from competing. From leaving school I began a modelling career which allowed me to travel and see the world, eventually settling in Cyprus which became home for the next four years. I continued modelling though, at times I felt pressured about maintaining a low weight and I became obsessive about how I looked. It got to the point where I would force myself to vomit and as a result, my health started to suffer. I didn’t have the energy to exercise and became very depressed and wouldn’t go out. I eventually arrived back in the UK and fortunately got the help I needed before it became too serious. After many counselling sessions, I went on to make a full recovery. It's not surprising that in today’s world particularly for young people, who often develop an inferiority complex, as we are bombarded with 1000s of images of what is perceived as the perfect image! From my personal experience, I found taking care of myself through exercise and good nutrition helped me in developing a healthy self-image, as not only my body was toned and healthy, though equally, my mental health was in good shape too, exercising naturally releases endorphins and other neurotransmitters. Sherri Crystel | Shawn Ray from my bout of illness I was keener than ever to fully restore my health and was now back on track and joined a gym. I was introduced to weight training and soon developed a passion, the results were fantastic, to say the least. My passion was further fulled after a photoshoot with Shawn Ray, who at the time was a world-class bodybuilder. He encouraged me to go full steam ahead, and train like my life depended on it! Some years later after having my first child, I put on a lot of weight and had completely lost interest in exercising, as I was suffering from post-natal depression. Having a baby was the best thing ever, though, because of my illness, I had no interest whats so ever to exercise, as I had all on just to focus on being a Mother. I ate whatever I wanted, which looking back, was for comfort. The weight continued to pile on and I became increasingly unhappy and more depressed. Several months passed by, reluctantly, I started to take medication as I knew I needed help. Within a few weeks, I started to feel better. After much contemplation, I decided to become a member of my local gym, though I felt very uneasy as I wasn’t feeling my most confident, to say the least though, from some gentle encouragement from my family, I took the first step. I was given a training program to follow and as the weeks passed, I started to see results. I felt more positive, I looked and felt great, back to how I used to feel! I eventually came to a point where I started to plateau; felt bored with the gym and started to lose interest. I spoke to a personal trainer and asked for some help to take my training to the next level. I started working with him two to three times a week. – the results were amazing and I realised that having someone to push and challenge me beyond what I thought was possible was the key, though more importantly, someone to who I was accountable! It was at this point that I wanted a challenge and to push myself further than ever before. With much trepidation, I entered the Miss Figure UK competition. I was terrified at the thought, though, as Dc Norman Vincent Peale says;

“What the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve"! I trained like never before, it became my life, focused concentrated effort and a very strict eating regime. I looked and felt amazing and was shocked as to how far I had come. My trainer pushed me to the very brink, I’m so glad he did. I placed second in my first heat, qualifying me for the British final no less, where I placed fourth place respectively. What a feeling, –Teamwork, hard work but oh so worth it. I would contribute a large part to my success and mental preparation before competing in the many self-development courses I have attended over the years. The most recent with the infamous Tony Robbins – Tony has changed the lives of millions of people, considered the father of the life coaching industry

Tony Robbins reaches millions of people through his best selling books, audio products, public speaking engagements and live appearances. On one particular occasion, I was challenged to a firewalk -2000c no less- wow! Incredible and I still have both feet!.. and went back the following year to do it all again! It was at this seminar that I was inspired to become a personal trainer. Tony recommended that I study the best people in my chosen industry and aim high! That’s exactly what I did and in 2009 Nutribody was established. And the rest is history, as they say! From the outset, it has always been my intention to provide a private training studio as I felt and knew they were people who felt like I did when I first joined a public gym! I was embarrassed and felt everyone was looking at me and imagined everyone to be super-fit! NOT everyone was super-fit as I had imagined, though many individuals will avoid at all costs exercising in public, regardless. Hence, why I created Nutribody, not only for those who enjoy privacy but equally for those who appreciate an environment that is sole “their time” not having to wait for someone to finish on a piece of equipment or distracting TV's etc! But, more importantly, who can see results from their hard work. And as I explain to potential clients: A gym membership is a cost (particularly for the vast majority who don’t attend) versus an investment with a bespoke training program, with private one to one training sessions. Should you decide to become one of my clients, I welcome you with open arms and look forward to helping you achieve your true potential. Call and make that all-important first step, you’ll be glad you did, your life might just depend on it! Though it has to be said: Potential minus commitment equals nothing! I’m with you every step of the way because I care. Teamwork makes the dream work – Becoming healthy, fit and re-vitalised. Best of health,

Sherri Crystel

How do you keep moving, feeling strong and looking after your health as you get older?

You keep moving.

Not because you need to punish your body.

Not because you have to spend hours in the gym.

And certainly not because you need to look like you're 30 again.
You do it because you want to feel strong, capable, energised and confident in the life you're living now.
That's why you'll find me training in all sorts of places.

Outside.
In the gym.
At home.
Wherever life takes me.

Because fitness doesn't have to look perfect to be effective.
And as we move through perimenopause, menopause and beyond, building strength, staying active and
creating sustainable habits can be an important part of looking after ourselves.

You don't need to wait for Monday.

You don't need the perfect workout.

You just need an approach that fits your life.

That's a big part of what we help women do through the TFY Method.

Build a healthier, stronger lifestyle that you can actually maintain.
Your age isn't a reason to stop.

It's a reason to start looking after the woman you're becoming.

If you're ready for a different approach to your health and fitness,
DM me READY and let's have a chat.

Maybe you don't need to try harder. Maybe you need to stop trying to figure it all out on your own.

Most of the women who come to me have already tried.

They've Googled their symptoms, downloaded the meal plans, joined the gym, cut their calories, followed different experts online and promised themselves “this time I'll stick to it.”

And when it doesn't work, they assume they're the problem.

But navigating perimenopause and menopause can feel overwhelming when you're trying to piece together conflicting advice while your body is changing at the same time.

That's where having the right support can make such a difference.

Inside the TFY Method, you don't have to guess what to do next. We look at you, your body, lifestyle, challenges and goals, and I help you understand how strategic fasting, nutrition, movement, strength, recovery and your wider lifestyle can work together.

And I'm not only there when everything's going well.

I'm there for the weeks when motivation disappears, life gets busy, something isn't working as expected or you simply need someone to remind you how far you've already come.

That's what so many of my clients had been missing.

Women like Jo, Camille and Helen didn't suddenly discover some secret reserve of willpower. They finally had the education, structure, accountability and personalised support to stop starting over and begin creating real change.

And the results have gone far beyond losing weight.

More energy. More strength. More confidence. A better understanding of their bodies and, for some, feeling like they've finally got control back after years of frustration.

You've already proved you're willing to try.

Maybe the next step isn't trying harder, it's letting someone help you.

If you're ready to find out what could change with the right person in your corner, DM me “READY” or click the link in my bio to learn more about the TFY Method. 🤍

At 38, I thought being fit meant pushing my body to see what it was capable of. At 58, being fit means something completely different.

At 38, I'd spent years immersed in health and fitness. I'd trained hard, competed, pushed myself outside my comfort zone and learned how powerful discipline could be.

But some things experience alone can't teach you. You have to live them.

Menopause taught me that.

At 58, I understand my body in a way I couldn't at 38. I've experienced what it's like when your hormones change, your body responds differently and the things you've relied on for years suddenly don't have the same effect.

I've also learned that health isn't about constantly trying to make yourself smaller.

Now, I care about being **strong**. Having energy. Protecting my health as I age and having a body that allows me to live the life I want.

I want to run around with Willow and Hudson. I want to travel, feel confident, stay independent and wake up feeling capable of whatever the day brings.

And I no longer see getting older as something to fight. I see it as a privilege.

Going through menopause has made me a better coach too. My clients don't just get the Sherri who's spent decades in health and fitness; they get someone who's experienced many of the changes and frustrations they're navigating too.

That's why education is such an important part of the TFY Method. I want women to understand their changing bodies and realise that this stage of life doesn't have to mean becoming less of who they were.

At 38, I wanted to prove what my body could achieve.

At 58, I want my body to allow me to keep living fully for as long as possible.

Your best years don't have an expiry date. 🤍

If you could tell your 38-year-old self one thing with everything you know now, what would it be?

After 40, one of the most important things you can protect isn't your dress size. It's your muscle. 💪

From around our 30s, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass as we age, and hormonal changes around menopause can add another challenge to maintaining our strength and body composition.

But why should you care?

Because muscle isn't just about looking “toned”.

It helps you stay strong and independent.

It supports your bones.

It helps with balance and everyday movement.

It plays an important role in metabolic health.

And it helps you keep doing the things you want to do as you get older, whether that's carrying the shopping, travelling, exercising, playing with your grandchildren or simply getting up from the floor with confidence.

This is why I'm so passionate about changing the conversation around exercise for women in midlife.

For years, women have been conditioned to exercise to burn calories and become smaller.

I want you to think about exercise as something that helps you become stronger and more capable.

Research consistently supports resistance training as an effective way to improve or maintain muscle strength and physical function as we age, which is why strength and movement form an important part of how I support women through the TFY Method.

Because when I work with a woman in her 40s, 50s or 60s, I'm not only thinking about what she wants her body to look like today.

I'm thinking about the woman she wants to be at 70 and 80 too.

Strong enough to stay independent.

Healthy enough to enjoy her life.

Confident enough to keep saying yes to the things she loves.

Your future body is being built by the choices you make today.

Save this for the next time you think strength training “isn't for women like me”, and follow for more practical education on navigating perimenopause, menopause and your health beyond 40. 🤍

Motivation is a feeling.

It shows up when you watch someone else's transformation, when you have a big realisation, or when it's the first of January.

It's exciting but it's not reliable, because feelings change like your mood, your sleep patterns, and your stress levels.

Consistency is a decision.

You make it once and then you honour it, whether you feel like it or not.

You show up when you're tired, when life is messy, when the motivation has completely disappeared.

Motivation gets you started. Consistency is what actually changes your body and your life.

Stop waiting to feel ready.

Just show up anyway!🙅‍♀️

If you've been following me for months, saving my posts, reading my clients' stories and thinking “I wish I could do that”… I want you to know that most of the women you see on my page once thought exactly the same thing.

They worried they'd tried too many things already. They weren't sure they could stick to something. They wondered whether menopause had changed their body too much, whether they had enough time, or whether they'd end up disappointed in themselves all over again.

And I understand why taking that first step can feel scary.

But the women whose transformations you see didn't suddenly become more motivated or disciplined. They simply reached a point where staying where they were felt harder than trying something different.

I've seen women come into the TFY Method feeling exhausted, frustrated and completely disconnected from themselves, then go on to lose weight, become stronger, regain their energy and feel proud of the woman looking back at them again.

And it doesn't happen because I hand them another diet and tell them to try harder.

The TFY Method gives you the education, tools, personalised support and accountability to understand what your body needs now. We look at strategic fasting, Mediterranean-inspired nutrition, strength, lifestyle, hormones and the bigger picture, so you're building something you can actually take forward with you.

So if you've been quietly watching other women's transformations and wondering “Could that be me?”, maybe you don't need another six months to think about it.

You don't have to commit to anything by messaging me. Let's simply have a conversation about where you are now, where you'd love to be and whether I believe the TFY Method is right for you.

DM me “READY” or head to the link in my bio to take that first step. 🤍

Some of the messages I'm proudest to receive from my clients have absolutely nothing to do with the scales.

Of course, when a woman comes to me wanting to lose weight and we see that number start moving, we celebrate it.

But I've been doing this long enough to know that weight loss alone isn't the transformation.

It's the client who tells me she finally has enough energy to enjoy her day instead of dragging herself through it.

It's adding another weight to an exercise and realising how much stronger she's become.

It's wearing the dress she'd been avoiding because she finally feels confident in it again.

It's going out for dinner, enjoying herself and waking up the next morning without feeling guilty or believing she's “ruined” all her progress.

It's understanding what her body needs instead of constantly second-guessing herself.

Those are the wins I want women to recognise.

My programme is about giving you a solid foundation, practical tools, education and support that help you understand your changing body and make informed choices for your health for years to come.

Yes, we can work towards changing your body.

But I also want you to feel stronger in it, more energised by it, more confident in it and more in control of it.

So if the scales haven't moved this week but you've lifted heavier, slept better, made a choice you're proud of, had more energy or felt a little more like yourself...

I'm celebrating that too. 🤍

Tell me something you've achieved recently that has absolutely nothing to do with your weight. 👇
