Back to school bargin! Ridgeback adventure size medium £275!

Lost in the back on an old storage shed, we have unearthed this pristine never used bike to be a potential bargin for somebody!

We have a tandem!
It has been in the rafters in the rental shed. But yesterday two of our team got it down, dusted it off and took it for a test ride.
It's an exercise in communication and complete trust in the rider at the front.
But so much fun!

💚 New Girls-Only Coaching Sessions 💚

Our mixed Flow School coaching sessions aren't going anywhere — they're still open to everyone.

We're just adding a girls-only session because we've found that some girls thrive in an all-girls group. It can be a great space to build confidence, make new friends, ask questions without feeling self-conscious, and enjoy riding together.

Our aim is simple: to help more girls feel welcome, confident, and excited about mountain biking.

If this sounds like the right fit for your young rider, we'd love to have them along!
