The Football in the Community Scheme was established in 1988 at the Alexandra Stadium. Now based within a state-of-the-art Football
Community Centre in Shavington, the scheme offers many activities including regular fun
Coaching sessions, holiday activity courses, an extensive outreach programme, girls and ladies
development opportunities plus much more. The Community Manager for the Project at the
Alexandra Soccer Centre is Ray Walker (UEFA A Coach) who is supported by a dedicated team
of qualified FA Community Coaches, centre staff and assistants, all of whom aim to provide the
best service possible to a community that lives and breathes football. Our high standards have been recognised nationally with the new accreditation through the
Football League Association and the Professional Footballers Association

Through the Together Against Su***de initiative, the Premier League, its clubs, and Crewe Alexandra in the Community are coming together to support supporters affected by su***de or suicidal thoughts.
With the support of Premier League Fans Fund, we are providing dedicated support at Crewe Alexandra before and after matchdays. By creating safe, welcoming spaces, we aim to encourage open conversations and help fans access confidential support and expert guidance whenever they need it.

We’ve had lots of messages from people wanting to join us this Thursday at 9:00am at The Oaks Academy.

We know the QR code is no longer working, but don’t worry—you can simply turn up on the day, sign up with our staff, and you’ll still receive your FREE lunch! 🍎🥪

Just a reminder that this session is for children aged 8–15 years.
