The countdown is almost over! 🎉 P.U.M.A. Day is TOMORROW, so here’s a quick reminder of everything you need to bring with you for a fantastic day of training, fun and activities!

🎒 THINGS TO BRING

🥋 Your P.U.M.A. Dobok and Belt
Make sure it’s clean, complete and ready for a full day of training! Some Seminar Instructors may allow you to wear a P.U.M.A. T-shirt.

🥊 P.U.M.A.-approved Safety Equipment
Don’t forget your sparring equipment — you may need it for some of the seminars!

🥪 Lunch & Plenty of Drinks
It’s going to be a busy day, so make sure you’ve got enough food and water to keep you fuelled! 💪

☕ The Café will also be open!
There will be refreshments available to purchase throughout the day.

Our youngest P.U.M.A. students aren’t being left out! 🥳

We’re excited to announce two special Little P.U.M.A. sessions, designed especially for our 4–7 year old students, and led by Ms Reeve and Ms McDougall.

But there are some extra special treats in store! 👀🐯

🥋 Master Gayle and Master Ogborne will be taking part in the session, running a mini seminar on Spartan Combat and Tag Sparring for our Little P.U.M.A.s and Juniors !

🎪 PLUS… A VISIT FROM MASTER LITTLE P.U.M.A.! 🎪

And he’s not coming empty-handed! 👀

🐯 Master Little P.U.M.A. is bringing along his BOUNCY CASTLE! 🥳🎉

Expect plenty of fun, games, movement, challenges, Taekwon-do, sparring AND bouncing, all specially adapted for our Little P.U.M.A.s! 🐯🥊
