How much fun did we have last night!!!!

With the temperatures still soaring, it was another evening of chasing the shade!

One group opted for a social run, walk and chat while orienteering through the woods, while the other enjoyed a gentle run around the lake.

Whatever the pace, it was all about getting out, moving our bodies, and enjoying great company. And, of course, no summer club night would be complete without plenty of refreshments afterwards! 🍻

Hot weather changes the plan... and that's okay!

Yesterday's session was all about adapting. We found as much shade as we could, stopped often to hydrate, and made sure everyone was coping. Because when it's hot, the goal isn't to run your fastest—it's to get the session done safely!
