Very proud moment! At the Surrey FA Awards dinner last night.
Awarded for their commitment, consistency, reliability and hard work / ‘just get with it attitude’ in all kinds of weather throughout the year. This year included extreme cold, masses of rain, freezing wind, and now temperatures of 30+.
Dave and Les head up our team of volunteer groundskeepers at our KGV Sportsfield.
Thank you to the whole team and to our dedicated sports clubs.

REMINDER and that ALL of you are Welcome to come along and meet the people - the admin team, the grounds team and the sports clubs who form the CSCA, to hear what we’ve achieved over the last year and some of our plans for the future.

Quite crazy people really cos they’re all volunteers, contributing differing amounts of time and expertise (some / all learning as they go along) and working together to create and maintain the best possible Sports facilities for this village.
