Professor Nigel Osborne has been bringing the healing power of music to Ukraine since the early days of the full scale invasion in 2022. Since then incredible work has been done to incorporate arts into the healing process for the many soldiers injured in life changing ways during this senseless war. It has been my privilege to be invited to participate in this work. As the culmination of a week of trauma attuned arts summer school and healing arts congress this concert took place at Unbroken, the pioneering hospital in Lviv treating the effects of war, with members of the Lviv Philharmonic orchestra. Singing with me were the composers of the songs and Nigel himself.

Friday 1st May 2026 will be a date I remember for a very long time! making our debut to a packed out crowd in the Dome Studio. And we smashed it!

Huge thanks to our wonderful Dome producer David Martin and the team at the Studio who made sure we could be seen and heard and that the atmosphere was as electric as possible. And to who gave us the opportunity.

To our incredible sound engineer who always performs miracles mixing our sound live, making sure that an oud, a string section and a rock drum kit can perform in the same song and still make audible musical sense.

To our Artistic Director, the cool, calm and collected .pinchen who steered our ship with musical finesse all evening and who composed many of the songs in our set.

To .balaam our tireless, inspirational producer, working selflessly in the background to make sure we’re funded and get so many fantastic opportunities.

And to the big beautiful band of glorious musicians who make up OWO - each of you is a star in your own right. Together we’re a galaxy of insanely beautiful sounds.

Oh….and to all you wonderful people who came along, sang, danced, played drums and support our work! Without you it would be pointless!

Enjoy these stunning pictures by and

One of the most special experiences in the career of a singer is to have music written for you. On Friday night I had the privilege of performing the debut of this beautiful song by One World Orchestra’s Artistic Director .pinchen as part of our Brighton Festival opening night concert. It’s a story of the sweetness and pain of addiction, expressed through a Purcell inspired melody accompanied by Fergus Paton on flamenco guitar and on viola, with chorus vocals by The magic of OWO is that we get to explore all the different genres and musical cultures represented in the band. With my background in opera and musical theatre, this is my artistic contribution to the musical melting pot that is OWO.

We weren't meant to process the weight of global crisis alone.

This week we explore how to create collective 'cauldrons' for shared healing - from autumn vegetable harvesting with friends to building co-regulation networks that catch each other's Silver Bullet patterns.

Your community is your container.

Who's gathering around your fire?

What happens when you realize you're living in Omelas, but there's nowhere to walk away to? In this deeply personal essay, I explore how the GTDF course 'Sensing Harm By Design' led me to confront my complicity in systems of violence—and how literary visions from Ursula K. Le Guin and N.K. Jemisin might help us imagine transformation.

Very proud to have presented the work of at the Conference in Porto at the weekend, just as our first single Sin Frontera landed on all streaming platforms. Many wonderful partners from across Europe. Despite the challenges of Brexit we see no borders between us and them and look forward to many years of collaboration ahead.

Celebrating 100 years of this beautiful lady - my Grandma Yudit (Dita) Shani. Today is her Birthday. Very sad not to be able to be with her in person, but FaceTime is a wonderful thing when family is scattered across the planet. Warm and loving and a fantastic cook, my Grandma, or Savta in Hebrew, has been a constant in my life. She has lived through many ups and downs, but still smiles, still speaks in multiple languages and still plays a mean round of combinations. It’s very hard to beat her! Praying to be with you soon Savta. We love you ❤️

It’s a huge privilege and a dream come true to be properly launching the debut music video of the One World Orchestra, Songs From Home project. For a long time I have wanted to gather a group of exceptional musicians from across the world to explore deeper into the power of music as a force for healing People, Places and Planet. And here they are! This project exceeded all my expectations and the people even more so. There was so much heart in the room all the week and a spirit of genuine collaboration. Although the project itself lasted 5 days, we were only together as a whole group for 2 of those days. This video is a snippet from our live performance, beautifully mixed by and filmed by .

The biggest thanks to my co-conspirators in this project .pinchen and .balaam, my amazing sister .starr.315 who looked after us as company manager, as well as the amazing team of artists who answered the call: .silbak .pacific Sara Khoroosi, Fergus Paton and Orli.

If you’d like to watch the video you will find us on Youtube - link in the bio.
