I’m running a 28 Day Summer Feel Good Challenge
(Comment “summer” below for more info)

18/07/2024

I started playing rugby October 2023 at the age of 35. I hadn’t played any team sport in 20 years…never mind RUGBY!

It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.

Reasons why:

1. Gets me outdoors for fresh air
2.Clears my mind as I focus on the skills/ drills
3. I feel empowered both physically and mentally
4. I needed to break the home, work, mum routine and meet new people.

You don’t need to know anything about rugby or have a level of fitness… you just need courage to give it a try.

Women in field sports has never been as huge as it is now.

Don’t worry, you won’t be tackled or expect to tackle anyone. Basic ball skills and fitness development is the beginning of the process.

Send me a PM if you’d like to join me next Tuesday. I will look after you as I know it can be daunting going somewhere new.

P.s. you don’t have to be available both training nights and there is no pressure if you try and aren’t convinced.

GIVE IT A TRY 🏉

I’ll be a 1% better runner than last week…

💥 The Power of Incremental Improvement: Doing One Thing Better Each Week

In our fast-paced world, the desire for rapid success is pervasive. We often seek grand changes and immediate results, overlooking the profound impact of consistent, incremental improvement.

What if you could enhance your life by focusing on doing just one thing better than the week before? This simple yet powerful strategy can yield remarkable results over time.

💥 The Compound Effect

The magic of incremental improvement lies in its compounding nature. Imagine you improve a particular skill or habit by just 1% each week. While this may seem insignificant in the short term, these small gains add up.

Over a year, this consistent effort can result in a substantial overall improvement. This is the essence of the compound effect:

small changes, when applied consistently, lead to significant results over time.
