Free Banbridge Men’s Health & Lifestyle Programme

This exciting programme will combine weekly health information sessions with fun physical activities, giving participants the chance to learn more about their health while getting active in a relaxed and supportive environment. Best of all, it’s open to all men in the community, regardless of ability.
