Cowbridge/Ystradowen students,

Please note that we will have a slightly different timetable for our summertime classes.

Starting from Monday 20th July and until the start of our summer break on Friday 14th August, I will mix the intermediate and advanced classes.

Green belts to Black belts will be in the same session from 16:45 to 17:45 (1 hour class) on Mondays and Fridays.

(No changes to the beginners session)

All classes will resume normal times when we start back on the 4th of September.

Please remember that there are no classes in Cowbridge today due to the coloured belts grading.

If you are grading, please make sure you are on time, you can double check the grading groups and times on the website:

To all students taking part in the next grading:

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances we have to re-schedule our next coloured belt grading to the following week.

The grading will now be on Monday 13th of July, same venue and times.

Apologies for the inconvenience, please let me know in class if you can still attend.
