Due to the extreme temperature, l have decided to cancel training tonight. Sorry. Hopefully back to normal next week.

A brief update, I'm out of hospital, but still not right to train. I think it would be too hot anyway, so no training tomorrow, sorry.

Karate Kids Grading July 2026. They were fanastics.

Little Dragons Grading July 2026. They did really well.

We will be training tomorrow, only at a much slower pace and make sure you bring plenty of water. I will get all the windows and the fire escape open. With the fan on it should gives us a nice breeze.

Due to something called football, tonights training is cancelled. See you next week. Next gradings are on the 15th and 17th.
