It’s a wrap! Last of the summer classes this morning and this is the first summer I ve been in England and taught for some time. It’s been ace. Thanks so much to all the students who kept going with weekly classes through the heatwaves. We have a week off now before we start back to the autumn term 😱😱🧘🏼

Amazing wellness retreat today. Fantastic group and we totally rocked the drumming!!! Thank you Guy as always. Couple of spaces Sept 12 th ditto 10th Oct. Book on for a fab experience. 🙏

Summer classes start this week with tonight running at 7.30 and a couple of spaces are available.
Tuesday evening also 7.30-9 and both Thursday morning classes are on. Yoga days are GOOD days!
