We turned up to Hearsall Common tonight to find our fence mesh ripped out once again and quad bike (we think) tracks all over the track.

As you can see in one of the pictures, it’s completely ripped up the surface, leaving thick layers of dust that are no use to us. We spend a lot of time and money on its maintenance for its only purpose, which is Cycle Speedway racing.

The sign clearly states our track is for cycles only. Please can whoever is doing this, cease and desist. You are damaging our facility.

If any locals see this happening, please can you report it to us asap? Even better if you can get some evidence.

A selection of our riders are travelling down to East Newport this weekend for the British Club Championships — and here’s who’ll be representing the Coventry Sabres, plus who they will be up against!

It’s brilliant for the club this year to be able to enter so many categories — a real sign of how we’re growing and getting stronger every season!
