Congratulations Wednesday class students

Today marks the last session of an intense 6 week training camp for these students. Every Wednesday through the summer holidays on top on their normal 4/5 times a week schedule.

A run followed by an hour sparring and an hour patterns - we have punched / kicked / danced / sang/ sweated our way through every single session and I couldn’t have asked for any more- we definitely can’t say we didn’t work hard enough- 🥊
