Capitol Gym

It is with a very heavy heart that we share the sad news that Paul Seymour has passed away.

Paul was so much more than a boxing instructor, he was a truly special person and a huge part of our community, both inside and outside of the gym. He brought a warmth, energy, and vibrancy that you couldn’t ignore, and it’s something that helped shape the gym into what it is today.

He was someone people naturally gravitated towards, respected, admired, and genuinely loved by so many. The way he connected with people, his passion, and his presence will never be forgotten.

Paul will be deeply missed by all of us. The gym will not be the same without him.

Our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
