My name is Eva and this is my never give up story 💪

I have been a consistent member at the Moat House Leisure Centre for around 2 years; at first I was coming not knowing what I was really doing and spending countless hours doing cardio and not seeing any changes to my physique. But with the relentless help and motivation from the fitness instructor Ian on site he has given me guidance on my nutrition and a training plan and I am now seeing rapid results in my weight loss and my strength increasing.

The centre has a very friendly environment and good facilities to help anyone achieve their goals and I’m glad I chose to start my journey here!

This year, CV Life continued their partnership with Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind by supporting MindGym - a programme designed to help remove barriers, boost confidence and support those that might have previously found gyms inaccessible or intimidating.
