Had a great day at the Tour of Britain. Highlights were catching up with Jake Stewart & Lewis Askey. I got some of my rider cards signed including one 1987 Raleigh card by Jon Clay who is the race director. The Tour France may have the Champs Elysees but the Tour of Britain has Skegness Promenade 🤩

This is what’s possible if you look after yourself and ride a bicycle. Terry is 73 and still looks like a professional rider! Anyway he’s just ridden up Mount Teide in Tenerife in sweltering heat just for the fun of it! Legend!

One of my customers had a 90’s Marin mountain bike for 30 years and he loved it. However it was getting the the point that lack of available parts were becoming an issue. So we set out to build him a modern equivalent using and Orro Titanium gravel frame. It turned out wonderfully and I’m sure it will be good for another 30 years!

These Rapha Condor JLT bikes still look cool. Dean Downing & Kristian House made these bikes fly!

Every single component that makes up my bike is made in Europe. I suppose I’m a bit of a traditionalist. Anyway bike is prepped and ready for The infamous Dragon Gran Fondo in beautiful Wales. Weather forecast is 21 degrees, cloudy with zero % chance of rain. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎
