hello everyone! I hope you all had a joyous Christmas and wonderful new year✨
An update about the yoga classes at woodside!
Manjit has offered to carry on the classes on a Tuesday evening only, which unfortunately means that the restorative classes on a Monday won’t be continuing 😞
It’s still in the process of going through with the church to get the agreement and documents in place so I’ll update you once I have a confirmed start date for classes returning on Tuesdays!
In the meantime, I can recommend Serenity Space in Earlsdon which will teach in a similar style to me, and/or the types of classes you might want to look for elsewhere or online✨
- Mondays: any class titled as restorative, yin or yoga nidra
- Tuesdays: any class titled as Hatha, vinyasa, iyengar, or Bikram
In terms of YouTube classes, I would recommend Yoga with Adrienne for everyone! And those that come on Tuesdays I would suggest Cat Meffan/Soul Sanctuary who I’m subscribed to and teaches in a very similar style😊

Due to an exciting new career path I’ll be starting in January, I will be moving to Reading and unfortunately no longer able to run classes at Woodside!
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me on this beautiful and fulfilling journey✨ I feel so privileged to have met all of your wonderful souls, and for the generosity of love I’ve received since announcing the move🧡
If you have any unused classes left on your loyalty card then please get in touch for a refund! There is the potential of a new teacher taking over the class so please also send me your number if you would like to be kept up to date with this!

Updated Class Timetable!
On Monday evening we will have a slow and relaxing class to fully stretch out the body, release energy stored within the muscles, and give ourselves time to reflect and look inwards. A beautiful class to de-stress and bring inner peace✨ This class is accessible to all - modifications will be given to anyone with mobility issues or physical ailments, and deeper stretches given to those with more flexibility!
Tuesday classes will focus on gently building strength in the body and mind whilst we flow through different poses and breathwork. A great way to ground into the present and to challenge yourself!
Both classes are suitable for beginners and first-timers as modifications will be given throughout the class😊
I have mats and blocks available but please bring your own if you have them!
